I am a freelance Scientific Illustrator and Designer since 2009, creating work for scientific communication and also commercial pieces. Assistant teacher at the Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa. Designer and scientific illustrator for Católica Biomedical Research Centre.

Master Degree in Scientific Illustration from the University of Évora and Institute of Higher Education and Science (ISEC). Master’s Degree thesis entitled “Guide to Bats of Portugal - mainland and islands”with the guidance of Professor Jorge Palmeirim (Faculty of Sciences, University of Lisbon) and Professor Pedro Salgado.

Degree in Communication Design from the Faculty of Fine Arts of Lisbon University.

Attended in 2009 and 2010 a course in scientific illustration at Faculty of Fine Arts of Lisbon University and at the Institute of Arts and Crafts (IAO - Autonomous University of Lisbon).

Sou Ilustradora Científica e Designer freelance desde 2009, produzindo trabalhos para divulgação científica e peças comerciais. Professora assistente na Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa. Designer e Ilustradora científica para o Católica Biomedical Research Centre. 

Mestre em Ilustração Científica pela Universidade de Évora e pelo ISEC Lisboa - Instituto Superior de Educação e Ciências. Tese de Mestrado intitulada “Guia dos Morcegos de Portugal Continental e Insular - Morfologia e Etologia dos Quirópteros em Portugal” com a orientação do Professor Jorge Palmeirim (Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa) e do Professor Pedro Salgado.

Licenciada em Design de Comunicação pela Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa.

Frequentou em 2009 e 2010 o curso de ilustração científica da Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa e do Instituto de Artes e Ofícios (IAO - Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa).
